Plans

Pick by how many visits, not by guesswork

Every plan starts with an inspection and a written quote. The table shows what each plan covers; the quote shows what it costs.

Return-visit terms: if a pest we treated for comes back between scheduled visits, call us and we return and treat the same areas at no charge, as long as your plan is active. This covers the pests and areas named on your service report. It does not cover pests we did not treat for, or gaps we asked you to close that stay open. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance. The wood-destroying insect inspection reports what we saw that day and is not a guarantee against damage. Your written quote lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. Cancel any time by phone or email; billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.

Before you choose

How a plan starts, runs and ends

  • An inspection first

The plan is written around your house. We inspect before we quote.

  • A written quote

It lists the first-visit fee, each visit and the year's total. Nothing starts until you agree.

  • A report after each visit

Where we looked, what we did and what to watch for before the next one.

  • Change or cancel

Move to another plan or cancel by phone or email. Billing stops after the visit already scheduled.

Questions about plans

How much does pest control cost?

It depends on the size of the house and lot, the pests we're after and how many visits the plan has. After the first inspection you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long contract is required. You can cancel a plan by phone or email, and billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.

What if the pests come back between visits?

Call us. While your plan is active we return and treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your report. The terms are on the plans page.

Do you handle termites?

We do an inspection for wood-destroying insects, and the Every season plus plan includes one each year. An inspection report says what we saw on the day. It isn't a guarantee against damage, and it isn't a termite treatment.

Which plan fits your house?

The inspection decides, not us. Book a first visit and read the quote before you choose.
