“Our fall visit found a gap by the garage door that I'd walked past for years. The tech showed me where and sealed it before leaving.”
Home pest control in Omaha
Pest control for every season
Chau Family Pest Care visits four times a year, once a season, to check, treat and seal. You get the same small crew and a written report after every visit.
4
visits a year, one each season1
written report after every visit

Your year
Four visits, and what each one is for
The bars show when each visit happens. Your technician picks the week to suit the route and your schedule.
Spring visit
Ants and spiders wake up with the first warm week. We treat the outside walls, check the eaves and seal what we can.
Mar to May
Summer visit
Wasps and hornets build at the eaves, the deck and the garage. We find nests early and treat the patio edges.
Jun to Aug
Fall visit
Mice and boxelder bugs look for a warm way in. We seal gaps, check the door sweeps and vents and set monitors.
Sep to Nov
Winter visit
A quiet inside check: the basement, attic and garage, the kitchen and the laundry. We go over your plan for the next year.
Dec to Feb
What a visit looks like
Four seasons, four front yards
The outside of your house changes with the year. So does what we look for.

What a year of visits sounds like
“I like the call before each visit and the report afterward. I know what was done without having to ask.”
“We had wasps under the deck two summers running. The summer visit caught the nest while it was still small.”
“Our house is older than most on the street. They looked in the attic and the crawlspace and told me what they saw, not what I hoped to hear.”

Where we go
Omaha and the neighborhoods around it
Your visits are scheduled by route, so we group homes that are close together. If your street is near these, ask.
- Douglas County: Omaha, Millard, Rockbrook, Regency, Dundee, Benson, Field Club, Florence
- Sarpy County: Chalco
- Washington County: Arlington, Kennard
- Pottawattamie County: Carter Lake, Crescent, Honey Creek
We don't go past Washington County to the north or beyond Pottawattamie County to the east. If you're not sure, call and we'll tell you.
Questions we hear before the first visit
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the size of the house and lot, the pests we're after and how many visits the plan has. After the first inspection you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.
How often do I need a visit?
Most homes do well with one visit a season, which is why our main plan has four. Some only need spring and fall. The inspection tells us which, and you can move up or down later.
Is it okay for my kids and pets?
We can't promise that any pest product is harmless, and neither can anyone else. Our applicators are licensed and follow the product label. We tell you where we treated, how long to keep children and pets away from it, and we'll share the product list if you ask.
What if the pests come back between visits?
Call us. While your plan is active we return and treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your report. The terms are on the plans page.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long contract is required. You can cancel a plan by phone or email, and billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.
Where do you go, and when can you come?
We work across Omaha and the towns around it, listed on this page. The office is open on weekdays and Saturday mornings, and most first visits are booked within the week.
