Lien Chau
Owner
Plans the routes, writes every plan and still rides along some mornings.
About us
A family firm on Q Street
Lien Chau runs the routes and writes every plan. Her daughter Hanh runs the schedule, the phones and the reports. Four technicians cover the rest.
One visit a season
Pests change with the weather, so the visits do too. It's simpler for you, and it works better.
A small crew
You see the same few names on your reports, and you can call the person who was there.
Written down
The quote, each report and the plan's terms are in writing, in plain words.
Honest limits
Some jobs need a carpenter, a roofer or a landlord. We'll say so.
The crew
The people behind the reports
Five people, three routes and one phone line.
Hanh Chau
Scheduling and reports
Answers the phone, books your visits and sends the report after each one.
Cayetano Ferrera
Lead technician
Runs the winter inside checks and trains new technicians.
Linnea Stevens
Technician
Spring and summer routes. Ask her about wasp nests.
Idman Aden
Technician
Fall routes: sealing gaps, door sweeps and vents.
Where we go
Omaha and the neighborhoods around it
Your visits are scheduled by route, so we group homes that are close together. If your street is near these, ask.
- Douglas County: Omaha, Millard, Rockbrook, Regency, Dundee, Benson, Field Club, Florence
- Sarpy County: Chalco
- Washington County: Arlington, Kennard
- Pottawattamie County: Carter Lake, Crescent, Honey Creek
We don't go past Washington County to the north or beyond Pottawattamie County to the east. If you're not sure, call and we'll tell you.
Want to meet us at the door?
